Wolfgang Puck's SPAGO at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is now open!
Wolfgang Puck's 4th Spago now serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a contemporary bar and lounge area that is the place for an after skiing cocktail! The restaurant features Spago classic dishes with game and pasta, as well as new creations that take advantage of local products. Tony Chi, the esteemed New York-based designer helped the 4400 sq ft restaurant incorporate mountain elements with a modern approach. The buzz can be heard throughout the Vail Valley, as guests and residents are raving about the newest dining experience in the Vail Valley.

The Mountainside Terrace

Light fare is served with grilled specialties in this outdoor venue. Views are great from the heated terrace for cool days and evenings. Attire is mountain casual and skiwear is welcome.

Spago at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch

The newest Spago is located in a spectacular, mountain setting in Bachelor Gulch. The 120-seat restaurant combines rustic and modern elements and the open kitchen allows diners to share a dynamic environment with the chefs. Seven - the Deli

Named after the 7 original bachelor settlers of Bachelor Gulch, this deli is open all day for quick options for morning meals to evening snacks. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

The Buffalo Bar

An intimate lounge for afternoon and evening après ski cocktails that also serves a casual lunch and dinner. A bar menu is offered throughout the day and evening. Attire is mountain casual – ski attire is welcome. Reservations are not accepted.

The Great Room

Gather around the 3 story wood burning fireplace in a comfortable, relaxed surrounding with mountain views. Offering light fare and cocktails. Reservations are not accepted at this famous Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Restaurant.
